1 Introduction

Welcome to y999c (the "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and the operator of y999c (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all services, features, content and functionality made available through https://y999c.cam (the "Website").

y999c is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. It offers sports betting markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC), live dealer casino games, slot titles, table games, esports betting and instant game formats.

These Terms apply to all registered users regardless of the device or location from which the Platform is accessed. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other cities in Pakistan are subject to these Terms in their entirety.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I agree", completing the registration process or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on y999c, you must at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction;
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf (corporate entities may not register personal user accounts);
• Provide accurate, complete and current registration information;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer or close associate of the Operator, or any affiliate, supplier or partner of the Operator;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion programme, whether on this Platform or through any external responsible gambling scheme, that would make your participation impermissible;
• Not have had a previous y999c Account closed for breach of these Terms.

5 Account Registration & Security

5.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide a valid email address, a secure password and any additional information requested during registration. All information supplied must be accurate and kept up to date. The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration details.

5.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating or attempting to use multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through another person — is a material breach of these Terms. The Operator may close all associated Accounts and retain balances to cover any administrative or investigative costs incurred.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You must notify support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

5.4 KYC Verification

Identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed. We may request a government-issued identity document, proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be restricted or closed.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as supported payment methods, are stated in the cashier section of your Account.

References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for contextual reference only. These institutions do not endorse, sponsor or affiliate themselves with y999c or its Operator. Actual payment method availability depends on current technical integration and applicable regulations at the time of your transaction.

6.2 Currency

Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Currency conversion rates, where applied, are disclosed in the cashier section. The Operator does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing timelines are stated in the cashier section and are subject to the policies of the receiving payment provider.

The Operator may delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC verification or an ongoing investigation.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier section. Users will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by the Operator. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been generated and displayed to you. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected error, system malfunction or suspicious wagering patterns.

7.2 Odds & Prices

All sports odds on y999c are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Operator endeavours to display accurate odds at all times but accepts no liability for obvious pricing errors, which may be corrected and any affected bets voided.

7.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the same conditions as pre-match bets. Due to the real-time nature of live betting markets, there may be a short delay between placing a bet and receiving confirmation. Bets accepted during a delay will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.

7.4 Game Rules

Each casino game — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and instant games — is governed by its own individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or on the game detail page. RTP and volatility information is provided for all slot titles. Players are advised to review game rules before playing.

7.5 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, the Operator reserves the right to void affected transactions and return stakes to Users. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from system failures beyond its reasonable control.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotional offers are made available at the Operator's sole discretion. Each bonus offer is accompanied by specific terms including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bet restriction, expiry period and maximum withdrawal cap. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Credits must be wagered a stated number of times before any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x applied to a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

The Operator employs automated and manual monitoring to identify bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, hedging bets across different markets to eliminate risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and using automated betting tools. Where bonus abuse is identified, bonuses will be forfeited and the Account may be suspended or closed.

8.4 Promotional Changes

The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a User's Account will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time it was awarded.

9 Responsible Gambling

y999c is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be activated from the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after a set playing duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for their stated duration.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, you must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the restriction. Any Account opened in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance returned.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:

1. Opening or operating more than one Account;
2. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information;
3. Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction;
4. Using automated software, bots, crawlers or any other tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation;
5. Participating in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping or other corrupt practice;
6. Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
7. Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
8. Harassing, threatening or abusing any member of our support staff or other users;
9. Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation;
10. Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to take appropriate action against any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by the Operator

The Operator may suspend an Account at any time without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where an investigation is ongoing, or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real-Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Credits are forfeited upon Account closure.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Certain clauses of these Terms — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law — survive Account closure and remain in full force.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the y999c name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, source code, game interfaces, odds data and any other materials — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, process, store and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

We collect only the information necessary to operate your Account and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data handling is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection law.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licenced, as stated in the Operator's licence documentation available on request. Nothing herein shall be construed as a submission to the jurisdiction of any court or regulatory body in Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to arbitration or another dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the rules of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, registered users will be notified by email at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account before the changes take effect. You will not be penalised for closing your Account solely on the grounds that you do not accept revised Terms, and any Real-Money Balance will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification.
